1. Who we are

ArMuse is operated by Zhong Feng.

2. What ArMuse does not require

ArMuse does not require an account, password, contact list, precise location, microphone, camera, or access to your photos in order to browse exhibitions or use the app's core features.

3. Information processed by Apple

Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple Account. ArMuse does not receive your payment card, bank account, or Apple Account password. ArMuse receives the verified product and entitlement status needed to unlock the purchase or subscription you selected.

4. Local and iCloud preferences

The app stores selected preferences locally, such as language, appearance, and viewing preferences. Where enabled by Apple's iCloud services, selected app preferences may be synchronized through iCloud Key-Value Storage so the app can provide a consistent experience across your devices. These settings are not used for advertising or tracking.

5. Network requests and content delivery

ArMuse requests exhibition metadata, artwork images, and related media from our content delivery services. Those services may receive ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, timestamp, and requested resource, as necessary to deliver and secure the content. We do not use this information in the app to identify you or build an advertising profile.

6. Diagnostics and analytics

The current app records limited purchase-flow and access diagnostics on the device. These diagnostics are designed not to include your Apple Account, raw receipts, complete transaction identifiers, or exported artwork. ArMuse does not currently use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

7. Retention and deletion

Local preferences can be removed by deleting the app. iCloud-synchronized preferences can be managed through Apple's iCloud settings. If you contact us, we will use the information you provide only to respond to your request and will delete it when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Children

ArMuse is not directed at children under the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the app, services, or applicable law changes. The revised version will be published at the same URL with a new effective date.
