Terms of Use
Effective date: September 14, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ArMuse, an art-appreciation application operated by Zhong Feng. By using ArMuse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. ArMuse content
ArMuse provides curated exhibitions, artwork presentation, editorial text, interface designs, and related media for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Artwork rights remain with the relevant rights holders, museums, artists, or public-domain status applicable to each work.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
ArMuse offers two distinct products:
- Premium Experience Pack: a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks the core experience, including the applicable premium 3D and export functions. It does not include exhibition content.
- Premium Content Subscription: a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription that provides access to continuously updated deep curation, special topics, and other subscription content while active. It does not replace or include the Core Experience Pack's function entitlement.
All prices, currencies, taxes, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple and shown in the purchase flow. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings. You can restore eligible purchases from the purchase screen.
4. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit ArMuse content or proprietary assets except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by the relevant rights holder. You may not interfere with the app, bypass purchase or access controls, or use ArMuse to infringe another person's rights.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, replace, suspend, or remove exhibitions, editorial content, or app features as needed to operate and improve ArMuse. Subscription content is available only while the subscription is active, subject to service availability and applicable law.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
ArMuse is provided for cultural and artistic appreciation. To the extent permitted by law, ArMuse is provided without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every device or network condition. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to poorfish@gmail.com.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the operator's place of domicile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to users under the laws of their jurisdiction.
